Prototype - Pilot A-13 (Automatic)

The A-13 is inspired by the aircraft clock covered by the 1964 MIL-C-6499 specification. This prototype predates the solar model and is powered by a Miyota 82S0 automatic movement. It has the two-layer dial with a raised outer minute scale and sword-shaped hands. Like the current solar version, the minute printings and the name of the model are yellow. The 40mm stainless steel case has a flat sapphire crystal, a screw-down crown and 100m water resistance. It comes on a black mil-spec seatbelt nylon strap.
