I absolutely love the frogman watch. It is stylish and yet it is very authentic and appearance and it seems to hold up underwater very well. I could not be more pleased
I am an airline pilot and I am always crossing time zones. Having a watch that allows me to track my home time, my destination time and UTC while flying is an essential tool for me. I was looking for a vintage mechanical watch from the 1950s like an Omega, but the prices were stratospheric. A new mechanical watch from one of the Swiss makers were also well over $10,000.00 A bit of research showed that to buy an Omega or Rolex in the 1950s cost $1500 in todays prices. So I was looking for a mechanical watch that has the same performance as the originals at a price point the originals were selling for. When I found a Canadian manufacturer that produces exactly the watch I wanted for the price I wanted, I knew it was a match made in heaven. I have now had the watch for a couple of months and couldn't be happier with it. I take it with me everywhere in the world I fly and it is my constant companion. It looks great, works great and is a huge value. Thank you Redwood, for making this great watch!

I have worn it every day since it arrived. I appreciate its heft- I like a larger faced watch for “mature” eyes. I was concerned that the face would be too big for my small wrist but it’s perfect. The strap is much too long but I followed the provided instructions and folded the excess strap into the closest buckle. The packaging was simple and pleasing to open. The Jungle Green is really not green at all- it’s more like a light black but I don’t like the waste that comes with reruns and reorders so I kept the Jungle Green. It doesn’t bother me enough to remove any stars but I wish the photos on the website had been more clear.
Really impressed. Prompt delivery… will definitely consider another one!
I am enjoying this watch, as it is readable and elegant. So many watches these days tend to clutter the watch-face with sub-dials and imagery. I appreciate the simplicity and clarity of the Redwood Monsoon.

I was looking for a “time only” watch that a 73 year old could actually see. I bumped into Redwood on line and liked the looks of their watches. The Field v3 was exactly what I was looking for. Large numbers, simple elegant style, just what I wanted. Sof far, the watch is great!

Everything went as said. The watch is bold and simple. The nighttime illumination is great, especially the hour and minute hands. No complaints!

Value for money, easy to read in the dark, automatic winding--low maintenance, except for checks by watchmaker from time to time, ordered with lovely nylon strap for watch-band
I am proud to show off this watch. It makes me feel good. In this time of techno over indulgence simplicity has its place. If I sat down and wrote the specs for my perfect watch this would exceed my expectations.
My beloved Seiko kinetic watch was just getting too battered after years of good service. I don’t need a digital watch - I have enough Apple devices already! And I want a timepiece that won’t need replacing every three years or so as new and improved models come on stream. I found Redwood watches and instantly loved the simplicity and robustness. The only dilemma was which model? In the end I went for the plainest model - easy to see the important stuff - the time. And with a solar mechanism should last years without having to replace a battery. So far Redwood has delivered!
i got this a year and a half ago and for some reason put it aside as i was buying other stuff. grass is always greener. after my buying sprees petered out i realized this beat anything in the category with lume that actually lumes, subtle domed crystal, 40mm (that's come back into vogue) classic olex/udor styling and a bezel with no backplay...plus 1000m water resist...that's the ballgame. no nonsense dial of luxury divers, very nice size tactical crown. after putting it aside after i got it, it's like i've a new watch now, and i love it!
